Immediate opening: brick mason (Tennessee)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a brick mason in Cheatham County, Tennessee. The job is on a scaffolded high-rise site. Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) You will building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go.
