Scullery hand wanted in Lewis County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a scullery hand in Lewis County, New York. You will work in a hospital canteen. You will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks. What we are looking for: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
