Ideal candidate: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring Day-to-day duties: • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments Meals and transport allowance provided.
