Great opportunity: falsework carpenter (Georgia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Jackson County, Georgia. Day to day you will read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level Six days a week, one day off.
