Captain waiter wanted in Penobscot County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a captain waiter in Penobscot County, Maine. The job is in a café. You should have: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner On the job you will handle: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments Full-time with occasional weekends.
