Concrete placer — Palo Pinto County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete placer in Palo Pinto County, Texas. You will work on a high-rise slab pour. Requirements: • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours On the job you will handle: • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour 2+ years on the tools preferred.
