Great opportunity: meat cutter (Pennsylvania)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat cutter in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. On a typical shift you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
