Immediate opening: we are hiring a double glazing installer in Douglas County, Nebraska. The job is at a glass and aluminium factory. Your main tasks: • Read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts • Cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames • Secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points • Fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames • Clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film What we are looking for: • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand • Own basic hand tools an advantage • Comfortable working at height with scaffolding and ladders At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $4,400 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
