Sanitary plumber • Rappahannock County, Virginia

Immediate opening: we are hiring a sanitary plumber in Rappahannock County, Virginia. You will be based at hotels and commercial buildings. Ideal candidate: • Able to read basic plumbing drawings and layouts • Physically fit for lifting, bending and crawling • 2+ years' hands-on plumbing experience Day-to-day duties: • Replace worn washers, seals and float valves • Lay soil and waste drainage lines to the correct fall • Install wash basins, sinks, WCs and flush cisterns • Install and repair water supply lines using PPR, CPVC and GI fittings • Cut, thread and join pipes with solvent cement or threaded connections Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
