Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Echols County, Georgia. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Your main tasks: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
