Scullery hand — Kittitas County

Join our team: we are hiring a scullery hand in Kittitas County, Washington. On the job you will handle: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. $170 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
