Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Lamar County

Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Lamar County, Georgia. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff The role involves: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. We offer $120 per day plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
