Trainee butcher wanted in Palo Pinto County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Palo Pinto County, Texas. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. On a typical shift you will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate 6+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $4,100 per month plus benefits. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
