Short order cook — Cumberland County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a short order cook in Cumberland County, Kentucky. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays On a typical shift you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $260 per day, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
