Immediate opening: safety marshal (Adamawa State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a safety marshal in Girei, Adamawa State. Your main tasks: • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements You should have: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
