Brick and block layer wanted in Mayo-Belwa

Vacancy available: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Mayo-Belwa, Adamawa State. Day-to-day duties: • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools We offer ₦210,000 per month plus benefits.
