Bar bender and fixer — Etsako East

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Etsako East, Edo. The job is on a commercial tower construction site. What we are looking for: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates On the job you will handle: • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions Performance bonus on top of base pay.
