Machine operator (earthworks) • Dallas County, Arkansas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Dallas County, Arkansas. You will be based at a drainage and utilities contractor. On a typical shift you will load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble. You should have: • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances 3+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
