Join our team: we are hiring an earthmoving plant operator in Ramsey County, North Dakota. The job is in an open-cast mine. On the job you will handle: • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely You should have: • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
