PVC window installer — Galveston County

Now hiring: we are hiring a PVC window installer in Galveston County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it What we are looking for: • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
