Fabricator-welder • Jones County, South Dakota

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Jones County, South Dakota. You will work at a busy fabrication workshop. You should have: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols You will sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent. We offer $4,000 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
