Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Working-at-height certificate an advantage The role involves carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant.
