Urgent requirement: powder coating line operator (Kentucky)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Kenton County, Kentucky. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. On a typical shift you will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. You should have: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms 5+ years on the tools preferred.
