Urgent requirement: we are hiring a surface coating operator in City and Borough of Wrangell, Alaska. You will be based at a powder coating unit. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects The role involves: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse Rotating shifts.
