On a typical shift you will inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle. You should have: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
