Join our team: we are hiring a fitter on the line in Florence County, Wisconsin. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Punctual with reliable attendance • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work On the job you will handle: • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench Overtime paid at a premium rate.
