Captain waiter — Grundy County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a captain waiter in Grundy County, Tennessee. You should have: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Day-to-day duties: • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Clear and reset tables between covers • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
