Maintenance plumber • Giles County, Tennessee

Immediate opening: we are hiring a maintenance plumber in Giles County, Tennessee. You will be based in apartment and housing complexes. Day-to-day duties: • Trace and clear blockages in drains, traps and gully pits • Make connections to the mains water and sewer lines • Cut, thread and join pipes with solvent cement or threaded connections • Install and repair water supply lines using PPR, CPVC and GI fittings • Lay soil and waste drainage lines to the correct fall • Carry out pressure testing on newly laid pipe runs Ideal candidate: • Able to read basic plumbing drawings and layouts • 2+ years' hands-on plumbing experience 6+ years on the tools preferred.
