Immediate opening: gas commissioning technician (Ohio)

Join our team: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Union County, Ohio. The job is at a boiler and appliance service centre. What we are looking for: • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious The role involves locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points; read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
