Gas commissioning technician wanted in Refugio County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Refugio County, Texas. The job is at a busy gas installation company. Your main tasks: • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
