Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Jefferson County, Kentucky. The job is in a pharmaceutical piping facility. Requirements: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances The role involves inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
