Room service attendant — East Lothian

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a room service attendant in East Lothian, Scotland. The job is at a beach resort. On the job you will handle: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left Ideal candidate: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. £1,950 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
