Rebar worker — Crockett County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a rebar worker in Crockett County, Texas. On a typical shift you will set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat. Requirements: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
