You should have: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Day to day you will coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; check back during the meal and handle special requests; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; clear and reset tables between covers.
