Site safety steward — Berrien County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a site safety steward in Berrien County, Michigan. The job is at an oil and gas facility. Requirements: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites Day to day you will run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements. Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
