Now hiring: we are hiring a packing line operative in Jackson County, Illinois. You will be based in a pharmaceutical packing unit. Day-to-day duties: • Weigh and portion products before bagging • Inspect packs for leaks, dents or damaged seals • Shrink-wrap trays and stretch-wrap finished pallets • Change over film rolls and reset the heat sealer • Seal cartons with a tape gun or hot-melt glue Requirements: • Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights • Attention to detail for date codes and labelling • Able to follow health and safety procedures Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
