We are recruiting: we are hiring a hand presser in Trousdale County, Tennessee. The role involves: • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board You should have: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
