Rough terrain crane operator wanted in Corson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a rough terrain crane operator in Corson County, South Dakota. On a typical shift you will carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams. Ideal candidate: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Current medical and eyesight certificate Overtime paid at a premium rate.
