On the job you will handle: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Season and marinate meat on request Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Full-time, day shift.
