Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Maries County, Missouri. Your main tasks: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. $260 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
