Powder coater — Chattooga County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coater in Chattooga County, Georgia. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Your main tasks: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
