Immediate opening: we are hiring a production line operative in Pope County, Arkansas. You will work in a packaging and assembly workshop. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Careful handling of tools and components Your main tasks: • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor • Carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
