Urgent requirement: paint booth operator (Minnesota)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Lake County, Minnesota. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens On the job you will handle: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
