Immediate opening: back-of-house cleaner (Oklahoma)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Atoka County, Oklahoma. The job is in a catering unit. On a typical shift you will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Six days a week, one day off.
