Panel welder wanted in Berrien County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a panel welder in Berrien County, Michigan. You will work in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. On a typical shift you will set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; grind back and re-weld any defective runs. You should have: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
