Horizontal milling machine operator wanted in Newcastle upon Tyne

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Newcastle upon Tyne, England. You will be based at a precision engineering workshop. On the job you will handle: • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square You should have: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges 6+ years on the tools preferred.
