Crane rigger wanted in Saginaw County

Now hiring: we are hiring a crane rigger in Saginaw County, Michigan. You will be based in a heavy machinery workshop. What we are looking for: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket The role involves guide loads through tight openings into their final position; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; read lift plans and method statements before starting; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
