Glass fitter wanted in Tama County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a glass fitter in Tama County, Iowa. You will be based at a busy glazing workshop. The role involves: • Clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames • Glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions • Cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers • Secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points • Read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts You should have: • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units • Proven experience as a glazier or glass fitter 3+ years on the tools preferred.
