MIG/MAG welder — Haywood County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Haywood County, Tennessee. You will be based at a busy production line. Requirements: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test On the job you will handle: • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
