Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Brunswick County, North Carolina. The role involves: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
